Sending a Gift or Message

Preserve memories by leaving thoughtful gifts or messages for your loved ones to discover after you're gone.

Your gift will be carefully prepared and sent on the date you’ve chosen, ensuring a meaningful moment for your loved ones.

1.Log In:

Access your account using your email and password.

2.Navigate to “Messages/Gifts”

Click the tab in your dashboard.

3.Create a New Gift or Message

- Choose “Send a message/gift”

- Write your heartfelt message or schedule a gift delivery.

4.If sending a Gift - Select Your Box Size

- Enter your gift's dimensions to choose the appropriate box size.

5.Schedule Delivery

- Pick a future date or special occasion for your gift to be delivered.

6.Assign a Recipient

- Add their name, address, and any special delivery instructions.

7.Add a Personal Message: (Optional)

- Include a heartfelt note or card to accompany your gift.

8.Review and Confirm:

- Double-check your details, then click “Checkout Now.”

- Choose “Add a new story”

3.Tell your story

- Choose to write your story, or upload or record audio and video.

4.Enter Story Details

- Title your story.

- Write or record your narrative and upload images.

- Set the date and location

5.Invite Collaborators: (Optional)

- Allow friends or family to add their perspectives or comments.

6.Add a Gift: (Optional)

- Choose to send a gift related to your story

7.Review and Send

- Review your story and details, then click “Save Story”

Filling in the “About Me” Questions

Your “About Me” section helps capture the essence of who you are for future generations.

1.Log In to Your Account

- Click on “About Me”

2.Thoughtfully answer the questions for each stage of our life

- Reflect on each question, such as:

- “What are your proudest moments?”

- “Who influenced your life the most?”

- “What legacy do you want to leave?”

3.Upload Supporting Media: (Optional)

- Attach photos or videos to accompany your answers.

4.Save Your Progress

- Your answers are saved automatically. You can return to edit anytime.
